By accessing and using SafePass.pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
SafePass.pro is a free, web-based password generator that creates secure, customizable passwords directly in your browser. The Service includes password generation, strength analysis, breach checking, and export functionality.
Use of the Service
You may use SafePass.pro for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Password Security Disclaimer
While SafePass.pro uses cryptographically secure methods to generate passwords, we cannot guarantee absolute security. The security of your passwords ultimately depends on how you use and store them. We recommend using a reputable password manager to store your passwords securely.
Breach Checking Service
Our breach checking feature uses the Have I Been Pwned API to check if passwords appear in known data breaches. This service is provided "as-is" and we cannot guarantee that all breaches are included in the database. A password not found in breaches does not guarantee it has never been compromised.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SafePass.pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The passwords you generate are yours to use as you see fit.
Limitation of Liability
SafePass.pro is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafePass.pro and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
